Meet Lindsay, the founder of Alder & Ink
Hi, I'm Lindsay Wagner — educator, literacy specialist, and lifelong believer in the power of great teaching. For over 15 years, I've taught students from preschool through middle school. My path has taken me from the mountains of Wyoming to classrooms in New York City, and now to Maine — most recently at North Yarmouth Academy. I hold a Master's in Literacy and Childhood Education from Bank Street College, one of the country's most respected programs for child-centered teaching.
What sets my approach apart is relationship. Students learn best when they feel known, understood, and successful — so I meet each child exactly where they are, building confidence and curiosity along the way.
